Bosnia and Herzegovina
Kosovo (under UNSCR 1244) On 18 February 2008, the EU External Relations Council took note of the Kosovo Assembly resolution which declared Kosovo to be independent. It noted that Member States will decide, in accordance with national practice and international law, on their relations with Kosovo.
